摘要
本文分析了水火弯板的热过程特点。应用移动热源理论,建立了求解薄板、中厚板和厚板温度场的数学模型。考虑分布热源和材料热物性对温度场的影响,研究了求解温度场的数值方法。最后介绍了水火弯板瞬态温度分布的测试原理,给出实验和计算结果,并分析了模型的误差原因。
In developing the line heat forming technique, an analytical or numerical solution of the thermoelastic-plastic problem is of great importance. Before the analysis is applied,the time history of the temperature distribution during the process should be determined.In this paper, the characteristic of the technological complex process is analyzed. The mathematical models which applies to solving the problem about the temperature field of thin, middle, thick plate are deduced with the theory of a moving heat source, and the nu merical methods of the partial differentical equation describing the heat conduction in the plate are presented while the effects on the distributed heat source and different material parameters to temperature distribution are taken into consideration. The experimental method which is used to measure the timevarying temperature field in the plate is intro duced. The results of the calculation and the experiment are analyzed.
