摘要
目的探讨MMP2表达与血管平滑肌增生迁移的影响。方法应用酶谱(SDS-page zymorgroph)及免疫组化的方法,分别检测组织中MMP2及平滑肌的增生的表达。结果在球囊损伤血管组织中MMP2表达与对照组相比分别为:3天组,174±18%,n=4,P<0.05,7天组,154±27%,n=5,P<0.05。免疫组化球囊损伤血管组织中平滑肌细胞增生与正常组织相比分别为:在内膜,3天组,17.2±3.8%,7天组,7.2±1.8%,P<0.05;在中膜,3天组,10.3±0.3%,7天组,6.24±0.2%,P<0.05。结论MMP2促进平滑肌细胞增生和迁移。
Objetive To investigate the effects of MMP2 in migration and proliferation d vessel smooth muscle cells（VSMC）. Methods The expressions of MMP2 and proliferation of vessel smooth muscle cells were detected by SDS-PAGE Zymography and immunohisto-chemistry, respectively. Results Comparred to the control artery, the percentage of proliferating of yessel smooth muscle cells in the injured artery increased to 17.2±3.8% on 3 days and 7.2±1.8% on 7 days in the intimae, P 〈 0.05,significant increase of rroliferating of vessel smooth muscle cells were also datected in the media （10.3±0.3% on 3 days and 6.24±0.2% on 7 days P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion MMP2 can enhance migration and proliferation of vessel smooth muscle cells.
