摘要
应用心电图和彩色多普勒超声仪，观察３２例扩张型心肌病室性早搏形态与左室内径的关系，并探讨扩张型心肌病宽大畸形室性早搏形成的机制。结果表明，扩张型心肌病患者心电图ＱＲＳ波宽度与左室舒张末径具有良好的相关性。ＱＲＳ波幅度。
Therelationshipbetweenthemorphologyofprematureventricularcontrac-tion(PVC)andleftventriculardiastolicdiameter(LVDD)inidiopathicdilatedcardiomyopa-thy(IDC)wasstudiedbyelectrocardiographyandechocardiography.TheresultsindicatedthattherewasastrongpositiverelationshipbetweenthewidthofQRSwaveandLVDD(r=0.438),buttherelationshipbetweentheamplitudeofQRSwave,ventricularactivationtimeandLVDDwasnotfound.ThemechanismofmalformedPVCwasdiscussed.
