摘要
鉴于提高政府科学决策的迫切性,笔者做了一个调研,了解政府制定决策的能力和障碍,政府部门对于提供信息服务的政府信息咨询机构的认识等,以为政府部门认识自己在决策过程中存在的问题,构建一个灵活、高效的信息保障体系提供参考。
For the urgency of improving the government ＇ s scientific declsion-making, the author makes an investigation to find out the ability of and obstacles to the government in decislon-making and the knowledge of the governmental department about the government information consulting agency. The article aims at helping the governmental department understand the problems in decision-making and construct a flexible and highly-efficient infonnafion guarantee system.
