摘要
本文通过研究中美图书馆社会信息服务文献,归纳我国图书馆社会服务的必要性、可行性、服务内容、服务对策、政府舆情服务和美国社区信息服务、电子政府服务等研究成果,对中美图书馆社会信息服务进行简要评价,为图书馆社会信息服务理论研究与实践活动提供总结与参考。
This paper studied the literatures of Sino-US libraries information service,summarized the research achievements about service necessity,feasibility,service content,measures,government public opinion service,American community information service and electronic government services.And it gave a brief appraisal on Sino-US social information service,in order to provide a summary and reference for library social information service theory research and practice activity.
