摘要
本文运用资产专用性、交易特性理论,分析合同一体化与垂直一体化方式的各自适应条件,对在农业产业化经营中如何正确选择和应用两种一体化方式做了阐述,最后就垂直一体化发展中存在的主要问题提出应对措施。
The paper analyzes the conditions and applicability of horizontal vs. vertical integration in an integrated management of agricultural chains according to concept of property’s specificity and ways of transactions. Right choice of manner of integration is recommended, and main issues in development of vertical integration discussed
