摘要
目的 探讨二孔技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中使用的临床意义，寻求更具微创意义的腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）新术式。方法 2006年1～4月对62例病人实行二孔技术腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果 成功56例，改三孔技术2例，四孔技术3例，中转1例。无手术并发症。结论 二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全有效、简便实用的微创技术。
Objective To study the clinical significance of two-holes LC for exploring new microminature LC methods. Method Sixty-two patients with calculus cholecystitis and polypus of cholecyst treated with two-bolas LC. Results Fifty-six cases accomplished successfully and cured,two changed for three-holes LC,three for four-holes and for conversion. Conclusion Two-holes LC is safe, effective, simple and practical.
