摘要
介绍与病案管理有关法律、法规。本文收集了建国以来,国家颁布的、与病案管理有关的法律、法规,并联系病案书写与管理中存在的问题进行了简单分析,根据对所存在缺陷剖析,不少缺陷是由于医务人员法律意识淡薄,缺乏与病案管理有关的法律、法规知识,不重视病案书写造成。减少病案书写与管理缺陷的关键在于医务人员重视、掌握有关的法律法规,规范病案书写行为、严格执行病案管理规定,制定相应的管理与奖惩措施。
This paper introduce the rules of law relate with medical record management. The paper gathers the law and rules of law issued by the government according with the management of medical record, and simply analyze the problems contact with medical record write and management. According to the defects analyses,a great many of defects are aroused by the dim of law consciousness, knowledge lack of medical record management laws and ignore of the write of medical record. The key of decreasing the defects is attaching importance to medical record write and relative knowledge study,beside of these, standardize theactives of medical record write, strictly perform the rules of medical record management and establish the relative management as well as the rewards and punishment measures are also important.
