摘要
随着军队编制体制的调整,医院编制人员的数量不断减少,军队医院合同制人员已成为医护队伍中不可缺少的力量,对其进行正确管理和使用是确保医护质量,促进医院可持续发展的关键。
Along with the system reform of military hospitals,employed medical personnel are becoming the main human resources in military hospitals. Therefore ,correctly management and utilization of the employed personnel is the key point to guarantee the quality of medical service and promote the constant development of hospital.
