摘要
目的建立黄连消渴胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用Sh im-pack CLC-ODS色谱柱(6.0mm i.d.×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.033m o l.L-1磷酸二氢钾水溶液(30∶70)为流动相,流速:1.0m l.m in-1,检测波长:263nm;柱温:30℃。结果该方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.53%,RSD为2.01%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确、分离效果好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the assay of berberine hydrochloride for Huanglian xiaoke Capsules. METHODS The HPLC with a Shim-pack CLC-ODS column （6.0mm i.d.×150mm, 5μm）, was used. Acetonitrile --0. 033mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosplat solution （30：70） was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was ：1.0ml·min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was at 263nm and column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The method has a good linear dependuce. The average recovery of loading sample was 101.530%, RSD 2.01%（n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is convenient for a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of Huanglian xiaoke Capsules.
