摘要
介绍某油泵总成装配过程中在线自动图像质量监测系统,分析在线质量监控技术中的质量检测策略和特征提取技术。通过建立装配质量模型和优化理论,解决了在线装配质量监控中的监控特征的随机变化的难题。同时采用创新的围式单色平行光系统光源匹配来获取被检测区域的图像特征,实现在线实时定量图像监控。
Presents an online inspection method for manufacturing quality control based on image recognition. Two aspects of the online inspection strategy ,Quality Inspection Strategy(QIS) and Feature Extraction Strategy(FES) ,are analyzed respectively. By building up the fitting quality model and applying the programming & optimizing theory, the criterion of fitting quality judgment is solved in stochastic variable for online inspection. Meanwhile, some effective measures are utilized to obtain the inspecting features.
