摘要
计算机应用于圆度测量,使得圆度测量设备成为具有多功能、多用途的测量系统。为产品质量的测试、分析提供了良好的手段。做为圆度测量系统的一种功能,斜率分析在一些产品动态性能的分析与改造过程中起着非常重要的作用,越来越引起人们的重视。为此,本文就圆度测量系统中的计算机斜率分析进行了论述,包括计算机斜率分析的数学模型、数值计算方法、计算机实现等方面的工作。采用计算机模拟的方法对实际工件进行了计算,将其结果与英国Talyrond-73系统的计算结果进行了比较,数值基本吻合,取得了比较满意的结果。
Appting computer, roundness measurment equipment changes into muttifunction and mutti-purpose measurment system which supplys a good method for measuring and analysing of products quality. Stope analysis, as a method used in modernized roundness measurment, plays an important part in process of analysing and improving some products dynamic characteristics and is attached an increasingly importance. in this article the author discussed computer-slope analysis in the roundness measurment system, consisting of mathematics model, numericaL method, computer realizing, the slope of an actuat workpiece has been calculated by means of simulation with computer, the computation is identical with that of Talyrond- 73 System(Great Britain),which is satisfactoryment.
