花生种子发育过程几丁质内切酶、外切酶与抗黄曲霉侵染的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 用1mmol/L和0.1mmol/L茉莉酸甲酯(Methyljasmonate,MJ)处理花生“湛秋48”和“粤油5号”结荚早期植株,再进行干旱处理,于干旱处理两周后接种黄曲霉菌。取种子测定几丁质外切酶、几丁质内切酶活性。结果表明种子在发育过程中,MJ可以诱导花生荚果内几丁质内切酶和外切酶活性升高,并且高浓度MJ处理比低浓度处理效果好。 The peanut "Zhanqiu 48" and "Yueyou 5" were treated by 1 mmol/L and 0.1mmol/L methyl jasmonate (MJ),accomparied with drought at early podding stage of peanut plants.Then AspergiUus flavus was inoculated after two weeks behind drought.The seeds were used to investigate the activities of exochitinase,endochitinase.the results showed MJ treatment increased endochitinase,exochitinase activities during seeds development of Arachis hypogaea L..High concentration MJ treatment is better than low concentration.
