摘要
根据所加物料的物理特性和填料工况的要求,在试验研究有关铁粉流动性以及流量控制方法的基础上,通过理论分析、设计计算、结构设计,研制出一种结构简单、使用稳定可靠且具有定量控制功能的振动给料斗。
The material physical properties and working conditions are analyzed and the flow property and discharge controlling method are studied through experiments. Based on these, a vibrator feeder, which can realize quantitative controlling material flow, is developed through analysis, calculation and structural design. Its structure is simple and its performance is stable.
