FEED AND POUR REGION OPTIMIZATION METHODS IN MACHINING FIXATION SYSTEM OF PAPER HONEYCOMB PARTS

摘要 介绍了基于磁场与摩擦学原理的纸基蜂窝零件固持方法。论述了数控填料装置的组成及工作原理。在给定振动料斗出料口处孔径大小和振动加速度的情况下,通过试验方法研究了铁粉流出体积与时间以及流量与振动频率之间的关系。研究了填料区域规划、加工区域判别以及安全填料高度的计算方法。在保证固持稳定性的前提下,从减少铁粉填充量的角度出发,提出一种基于正四边形区域划分的填充区域位置优化方法。 The paper honeycomb fixture based on the magnetic field and tribology theory is introduced in a nutshell. Then the components and work principle of numerical control feeder are described. Under the condition of giving the hole-size in the meshed board on the outlet of feeder and vibration acceleration, the relation between discharges of iron powder and flow time, and the relation between discharge rate and vibration frequency, are studied by means of experiments. The methods of feed region planning, machining region distinguishing and safe feed height calculation are researched. Under the condition of credible fixture, an optimized method of feed region selection, where the whole region is meshed with squares, is proposed in order that the poured weight is decreased as much as possible.
