摘要
在于观察猪卵透明带单克隆抗体对人精卵结合的影响。采用体外人精卵结合试验方法。结果提示当１７Ｄ＿３单抗按１：２、１：１０、１：２０、１：３０稀释时，抑制率分别为９９．３％、９４％、７５．７％和４６．７％，其抑制人精卵结合的生物效应呈剂量相关。结论为猪卵透明带单克隆抗体对人精卵结合有抑制作用。
PURPOSE To observe the influence of the monoclonal antibody to porcine zona pellucida on human sperm-egg binding. METHODS Human sperm-egg binding test was performed in vitro. RESULTS When 17D_3Mab was diluted to 1:2,1:10,1:20 and 1: 30, the inhibitory rate of human sperm-egg interaction was 99.3%, 94%, 75.7% and 46.7% respectively. The number of the bound sperm was reduced with increasing concentrations of the antibody along a logarithmic curve. CONCLUSIONS These evidences indicate that the monoclonal antibody to porcine zona pellucida had an inhibitory effect on human sperm-egg binding.
