摘要
文章根据现代社会对审计人才的需求,探讨了创新型审计人才的培养模式,并分别从培养理念、课程设置、教学内容与手段及学生自主创新几个方面分析了创新型审计人才的培养路径,对指导当前审计学科的教学与研究活动,提高学生综合素质有较强的指导意义。
Upon calling for audit talents who meet the needs of modern society, this paper discusses the education mode for the creative audit talents, and then analyzes the education paths for the creative audit talents from the aspects of cultivation idea, course setting, curriculum, teaching methods and students＇ own innovation respectively. At last, the author proposes some suggestions for guiding the teaching and research activity of auditing and improving the internal qurality of auditing sudents.
