摘要
利用明胶的溶解性及经甲醛处理可使其固化的特性,采用改良的冷冻凝聚法,制备了包裹超微Fe3O4和平阳霉素的磁控缓释微球,避免了抗肿瘤药物在加热固化时引起的变性及降低其抗肿瘤活性。制成的微球为褐色粉末,易于保存,磁球基本为圆球形,粒径为0.71~7.14μm,粒径小,总表面积小,有助于药物释放。分散性好,可用含0.5%twin80的生理盐水分散,流动性好,不凝聚成堆。明胶易得,价格便宜,制作工艺简便,可望广泛应用于临床。
Based on the solvability of gelatin in water and its solidification by formaldahyde, a modified cold condensation method was used to prepare the gelatin PYM magnetic microspheres which entrap Fe 3O 4 and pingyangmycin (PYM). The preparation is a kind of brown powder and the microspheres are spherical with the diameter of 0.71~7.14 μm. It can be very well decentralized in 0.9% NaCl containing 0.5% twin 80 with good fluidity and without condensation and accumulation. The magnetic microspheres are easy to be prepared and preserved.
