摘要
利用高效液相色谱法分别测定正常对照组(Ⅰ组)、内毒素组(Ⅱ组)和内毒素+阳离子A拮抗组(Ⅲ组)中兔红细胞膜磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)和磷脂酰肌醇(P I)含量。结果显示,Ⅱ组中除PE在处理后0.5 h没有明显变化外(P>0.05),PC、PE、PS、P I含量在0.5、1、3、5、7 h均低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05,P<0.01);而Ⅲ组中除PS、PE和P I在处理后0.5 h、PC在1 h、P I在3 h没有明显变化外(P>0.05),整个时间段中上述4种磷脂的含量均高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。可见,内毒素能使兔红细胞膜磷脂含量降低,而阳离子A在一定程度上具有对内毒素的拮抗作用和对红细胞膜的保护效应。
To investigate the effect of endotoxin on phospholipid metabolism of erythrocyte membrane (ECM) and cation A antagonism in rabbits, HPLC was used to measure the contents of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamin (PE), phosphatidylserine (PS) and phosphatidylinositol(PI) in erythrocyte membrane of three groups :the normal controls (group Ⅰ ), endotoxin treatment group(group Ⅱ) and cation A and endotoxin treatment group(group Ⅲ ). It was found that the contents of the four phospholipids in groupⅡ were lower than those of group Ⅰ during experiment(P〈0.05,P〈0. 01) except the contents of PE were no significant difference :as compared to group Ⅰ at the 0. 5 h(P〈0.05). Except no significant difference in PS,PE and PI at the 0.5 h,PC at the 1 h and PI at the 3 h(P〈0.05),the significantly increase in the contents of four phospholipids in group Ⅲ were observed as compared to group Ⅱ (P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). These results indicated that endotoxin could decrease the major membrane phospholipids in ECM ,whereas CA possessed a prominent protective effect for ECM to antagonize the endotoxin injures and provide a valuable evidence for the use of some antagonistic endotoxin drugs.
