摘要
用分级递增剌激方式使健康犬产生不同频率的室速，应用彩色多普勒和心导管同步描记术测得血流动力学的一系列指标，研究了室速时左室的功能。结果表明，当室速心室率较基础心率增加６０次／ｍｉｎ以下时，健康犬的左室功能处于代偿状态，室速超过此频率时，心功能减低。
The hemodynamics of ventricular tachycardia with various ventricular rates originated from right ventricular outflow were investigated in 15 mongrel dogs with a simultaneous Doppler echocard iography and cardiac catheterization study. When ventricular rates were under 60 per minute added the basic rates, the hemodynamics remained normal, but when over the above rates during ventricular tachycardia . the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function would be decreased.
