血清转化生长因子-β1水平与糖尿病肾病关系的探讨 被引量:2

Association of transforming growth factor-β1 with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的通过检测2型糖尿病患者血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及IV型胶原(IV-C),探讨其在糖尿病肾病(DN)中的临床意义。方法根据尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),将64例2型糖尿病患者分为正常白蛋白尿组(NA)、微量白蛋白尿组(MA)及临床糖尿病肾病组(ODN)。分别检测各组的TGF-β1及IV-C,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果NA组TGF-β1含量为(20.90±5.15)g/L,MA组为(128.09±7.01)g/L,ODN组为(30.83±10.31)g/L,均显著高于正常对照组的(9.04±2.80)g/L(P<0.01)。血清IV-C在NC、NA及MA组分别为(44.2±22.4)g/L、(71.3±26.6)g/L及(96.1±54.4)g/L,无显著性差异,而在ODN组为(244.1±189.4)g/L,明显高于其他三组(P<0.01)。结论血清TGFβ-1在DN的不同阶段有不同的改变,其意义尚待进一步研究。 Objective To study the changes of serum transforming growth factor-β1, serum type IV collagen concentratios at various stages of patients with NIDDM. Methods 64 cases of NIDDM patients were divided into three groups based on the urine albumin excretion rate (UAER):normoalbuminuria (NA)group , microalbuminuria (MA) group and overt diabetic nephropathy (ODN)group. Serum TGF-β1 and IV-C were detected in all cases. Results Serum TGF- β1 in NA, MA and ODN groups was higher than that of NC group(P〈0.01 ); serum IV-C in ODN group was higher than the other three groups (P〈0.01). Conclusions There are changes of serum TGF-β1 in different stages of NIDDM. The significance of these changes needs to be evaluated further.
