铜绿假单胞菌β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌中β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因的存在状况。方法自临床分离20株铜绿假单胞菌,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测耐药基因(blaTEM、blaSHV、blaOXA-10、blaPER、blaVEB、blaGES、blaCARB、blaIMP、blaVIM、blaDHA、blaMOX、blaFOX和oprD2)。结果20株中blaTEM阳性20株(100%)、blaGES阳性20株(100%),5株oprD2基因缺失(25%),其余基因均阴性。结论临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌blaTEM及blaGES基因携带率高。从铜绿假单胞菌中检出blaGES基因为国内首次报道。 Objective To investigate the drug-resistant genes associated with β-lactams in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from Tianjin area. Methods Twenty strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from hospitalized patients, and drug-resistant genes were detected by PCR. Results The positive rates of blaTEM and blaGES genes were all 100% ; 5 strains were lack of oprD2-gene. Genes of SHV, OXA-10 group, PER, VEB, CARB, IMP, VIM, DHA, MOX and FOX were not detected in all tested isolates. Conclusion There were very high existence rotes of blaTEM and blaGES genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated clinically. The blaGES genes in Pseudomonas aeruginosa was firstly reported in China.
