摘要
基于刚粘塑性有限元理论,在双金属相互接触的两种材料之间引入摩擦单元,对双金属挤压的非稳态过程进行了有限元分析.获得了变形体内的应力、应变分布,从而揭示了双金属在挤压成形过程中材料的流动规律.
Based on the rigid viscoplastic finite element method (FEM) theory, the bimetal extrusion process in a non steady state was analysed by FEM with frictional elements inserted between two contacting materials. The distribution of the stress and strain in the deformed body was obtained. The material flow of the bimetal during extrusion was clearly shown.
