摘要
在E/P值为15.0~94.0kV'(mm·MPa)范围内采用稳态汤逊法(SST)测量了SF6/N2、SF6/CO2、SF6/He、SF6/Ne、SF6/Ar、SF6/Kr、SF6/Xe等混合气体的电子崩电流,确定了电离系数α,吸附系数η和有效电离系数.用最小二乘法求出了/P与E/P值的关系,给出了在各混合比下这些混合气体的临界耐电强度值(E/P)lim,并分析和比较了这些混合气体的绝缘特性.
The avalanche currents in SF6/N2, SF6/CO2, SF6/He, SF6/Ne, SF6/Ar, SF6/Krand SF6/Xe gas mixtures have been measured by the steady state Townsend mothod over the range of 15. 0≤E/P≤94. 0kV/(mm. MPa), and the electron swarm parameters(ionizationcoefficient α, attachment coefficient η, and effective ionization coefficient) are determined.Relations between the α/P,η/P /p and E/P are determined by least-square analysis. The limiting E/P values of these mixing gases in variable mixing ratio are proposed, and the insulating properties of these mixing gases are analysed and compared.
