摘要
将双环戊二烯(DCPD)和苯乙烯(St)进行直接聚合,并采用核磁共振(NMR)法、红外光谱(FT-IR)法和气质联用(GC-MS)法等对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:产物中DCPD和St以共聚结构存在,St中乙烯基团已完全参与了反应;DCPD没有发生开环移位聚合,其结构中降冰片烯单元的双键已反应完全,环戊烯环单元的双键没有完全参与反应;共聚树脂的软化点为121℃,色度为5;200℃时共聚树脂的失重率低于5%,说明其热稳定性良好。
The copolymer resin between DCDP(dicyclopentadiene) and St(styrene) was prepared by direct polymerization,and the structure of copolymer product was characterized by NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance), FT-IR (infrared spectroscopy) and GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry) methods. The results showed that the copolymer structure between DCPD and St exist in product, and the ROMP (ring-opening metathesis polymerization) has not happened in DCPD. The vinyl groups in St and the C=C double bond in norbornene unit were almost all participated in copolymerization,but the C=C double bond in cyclopentene cyclo-unit wasn't all participated in copolymerization. The copolymer resin with temperature at 121℃ and Gardner color scale at 5 had good thermal stability because its weight loss was less than 5% at 200℃.
