摘要
本文通过研究广西经济发展与生态环境之间的关系表明,广西生态环境随经济发展的变化趋势符合环境库兹涅茨曲线特征,目前处在经济增长伴随生态环境污染加剧的发展阶段,其中废水、废气污染比固体污染随经济发展增加明显,而且废水、废气污染还将在较高速度上持续一定时间,人们在较长时间里要承受环境污染给人们带来身体状况、生活质量的影响。因此,广西生态环境形势不容乐观,需要通过技术水平提高和生产工艺改进等科学措施来解决和缓和工业经济发展与环境保护的不协调。
Through researching the relationship between economy development and ecological environment in Guangxi, this paper indicates that the variation trend of ecological environment going along with the economy development in this region is in accordance with the features of the environmental Kuznets Curves, and now it is in the developing phase, in which the economy development accompanies the worsening of the environmental pollution. The pollution of waste water and exhaust gas are evidently increasing kinds of pollution will still last at a high speed for a certain time, compared with the solid, furthermore, these two and people will have to endure the effects to their physical status and the living quality for quite a long time. Thus, we cant hold the optimistic attitude towards the situation of ecological environment in Guangxi, we need to solve and alleviate the disharmony between the development of industrial economy and the protection of environment through scientific measures, such as raising the technology level, improving the production techniques, etc.
