摘要
有机磷农药大量使用带来的污染问题越来越受到人们的关注，大量研究表明微生物对有机磷农药的降解是行之有效的。介绍了降解有机磷农药的微生物种类，微生物降解有机磷农药的机理，基因工程菌的构建，及固定化技术在有机磷农药降解方面的应用等内容。并对今后微生物降解有机磷农药的前景进行了展望。
With using of organophosphates, pollution question is played an important point. Many studies show that it is effective degrading organophosphates by microorganism. The classification of microbiology can degrading organophosphates, degrading mechanism,construction of genetically engineered bacterium and the immobilization methods and techniques of microbiological degradation are summarized. Expectation of future in this field is indicated.
