摘要
为了获得有效降解有机磷农药乐果的微生物,采用北京大兴黄村施用过乐果的土壤为菌源,以乐果作为唯一碳源和能源采用逐渐加量的驯化方式,分离得到4株对乐果有一定降解能力的微生物,初步鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。
Soil from Daxing Huang village near Beijing, where dimethoate had been previously applied, was used as asource of bacteria capable of degrading this organophosphorus pesticide. By using dimethoate as the sole carbon andenergy source for bacterial growth, and gradually increasing the dose, four bacterial strains emerged with some ability tobreak down dimethoate. These four strains were tentatively identified as belonging to the genus Pseudomonas.
