鼻咽癌多药耐药相关蛋白表达与原发灶放疗敏感性关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨多药耐药相关蛋白(multidrug resistance—associated protein,MRP)在鼻咽癌中的表达以及与原发灶放疗敏感性的关系。方法:回顾性分析我科1999年1月~2000年12月治疗的鼻咽癌共51例。采用免疫组化S-P法,检测鼻咽癌中MRP的表达,并评价其表达与鼻咽癌原发灶放疗敏感性的关系。结果:鼻咽癌中MRP的阳性表达率为68.63%(35/51),其表达在低T分期(T1-2)和高T分期(T3-4)间差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05),MRP表达与原发灶放疗敏感性无关,差异无显著性意义(χ^2=0.000,P〉0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌中MRP呈高表达,其表达与原发灶放疗敏感性无关,不能作为鼻咽癌原发灶放疗敏感性的预测指标。 Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of muhidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and the radiosensitivity of primary part of NPC. Methods:To analyse retrospective cases of NPC treated by radiotherapy between January, 1,1999 and December, 31, 2000 in our department, total 51 cases. Use immunohistochemiscal S-P method and detect the expression of MRP in NPC, and analyse the relationship with. radiosensitivity of primary part of NPC. Resuits :The rate of positive expression of MRP was 68.63% ( 35/51 ) in NPC, and there were significant differences between T stages ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but no significant difference with radiosensitivity of primary part of NPC ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : There is higher expression of MRP in NPC, but no relationship with radiosensitivity of primary part of NPC, so there is no clinical significance as the predict marker of radiosensitivity of primary part of NPC.
