摘要 由于乳液聚合过程非常复杂,聚合釜的建模是聚合反应工程中的一个难点.本文分析了乳液聚合反应机理上的定性的特点,结合聚合速率随转化率变化的统计规律,建立起丙烯酸酯共聚物树脂(ACR)聚合釜温度变化的数学模型,其特点是非线性、参数时变且带有纯滞后.针对这样的控制对象,结合Smith预估控制和模糊控制原理,设计出一种史密斯模糊控制方法,给出了控制规则表、比例因子等的调整方法以改善系统的动态性能,进行了系统参数固定和参数时变两种情况下的仿真实验.与传统的Smith-PID控制进行比较,证明Smith-fuzzy控制达到了理想的控制效果并具有较强的抗干扰能力. Since latex polymerization course is very complex,modeling of polyreactor is a difficulty in polyreaction engineering. In this paper,qualitative characteristic of latex polyreaction mechanism was analysed,and with statistic law about how polymerization speed varying with transformation rate,the mathematics model of Acrylate Copolymer Resin(ACR) polyreactor was set up about the temperature variety. Its characteristic is:nonlinear, parameter time-varying and having lag. According to this kind of control plant,on the basis of Smith prediction control and fuzzy control theory,a Smith-fuzzy control metrod was designed,and the adjustment method of control rule table and proportion factor, etc. was given to improve the system dynamic performance. Simulation experiments were carried through on two conditions of constant and variable system parameters. Compared with traditional Smith-PID control,Smith-fuzzy control is proved to achieve ideal control effect and have strong anti-interference capability.
