摘要
根据现有实际应用反应釜进料控制存在的不足,提出采用质量动态控制,自适应进料的控制策略。在质量传感器及相关质量控制系统硬件构成中,提出了以称重控制器和PLC为核心的反应釜的进料控制方案;通过称重控制系统软件设计和联锁实现,完成反应釜自动进料控制功能要求。实验表明:原料配料精度达到0.8‰,满足工艺要求。
At present, the feeding control of reaction vessel has some shortages ; this paper used weighting dynamic control strategy and adaptive feeding control strategy to solve them. In weighing sensor and the hardware structure of weighting control system, feeding control method of reaction vessel which used weighting controller and PLC as core was proposed. By software desig- ning of the weighting control system, the requirement of this feeding control system is met. The experiment shows that the precision of feed proportioning can reach 0. 8‰ and satisfy the technology demand.
