对“凯特杏”花而不实重要因素雌蕊败育的研究 被引量:1

Studies on the Abortion of Pistil Causing Sterile Flower in Apricot "Katy"

摘要 雌蕊严重败育是四川湿热地区凯特杏花而不实的重要原因。以四川雅安4年生凯特杏为试材,于2004年6月25日至10月25日,每10 d取花芽1次,解剖观察其分化进程,调查其枝类、生长势与凯特杏雌蕊败育的关系,研究不同调控措施对降低败育率的效应。结果表明:在四川雅安凯特杏花芽分化始于7月5日,至9月25日随雌蕊分化完成而结束;在雌蕊分化期气温高、湿度大,新梢未停止生长,是该地区凯特杏雌蕊败育的重要原因之一。此外,杏树长势强健,则雌蕊败育率低。采用开心形修剪,辅喷多效唑,可使凯特杏雌蕊败育率由74.26%降至60.67%,而喷6-BA效果不佳。 Experiment was conducted with 4-year-old" Katy" in the wet and hot area( ya'an ) of Sichuan. The flower buds were collected every 10 days from June 25 to October 25 for watching their differentiation under microscopy. The relationship between pistil abortion and the kinds of branches, growth vigor in apricot "Katy" was studied. Several cultural techniques for reducing pistil abortion of "Katy" were studx ied. The results show that the differentiation of flower bud started in July 5 and ended in September 25 in the area. The most important reason causing pistil abortion of "Katy" in the area is the high air temperature and humidity during pistil differentiation that caused growing of the new tip continually. If the growth vigor of the tree was strong and healthy, the ratio of the sterile apricot was low. The ratio of the pistil abortion of "Katy" was 74. 26% under the normal manage, and it reduced to 60. 67% by using the vase form tree-training system and PP333. But the effect of using 6-BA is not so good.
