摘要
采用菌落直径法进行抑菌试验,研究了坡柳种子提取物对几种植物病原真菌菌落生长的影响,研究结果表明:乙醇提取物抑菌效果最好。EC50的测定表明,乙醇提取物对燕麦镰刀菌的抑制中浓度(EC50)最低为0.43 g/L。坡柳种子乙醇提取物可为开发新的杀菌剂提供有价值的参考。
The effect of extract from Dodonaea viscosa （ L. ） Jacq seeds on several pathogenic fungus of plant was studied with method of colonies diameter measuring. The result experiment shows that anti- fungal component of Dodonaea viscosa seeds was mainly from ethanol extraction. After EC50 were carried on, the result indicated that EC50 of ethanol extraction against Fusarium avenaceum is lowest that is 0. 43 g/L. The result offers reference for exploiting a new fungicide.
