摘要
目的了解早产儿母亲的心理健康状况,分析其影响因素,提出相应的护理措施。方法选择2003年3月～2005年9月在我院分娩的早产儿母亲131例,采用SCL-90症状自评量表对其心理健康状况进行调查。并对其结果进行分析。结果50%以上的早产儿母亲存在程度不等的心理健康问题。结论护理人员应提高早产儿母亲的应对能力,改善其生活质量。
Objective Understand the mental health situation of the premature infant＇s mothers, and analyze the influent factors in order to raise the relevant nursing countmeasures, lethod We Choose 131 premature infant＇s mothers during 2003.3～2005.9 who parturied in our hospital. We take SCL-90 special table to investigate the mental health situation of premature infant＇s mothers ,and analyze the invested results. Result Obove 50% of these mothers all have different levels mental disease., and these bad factors gave them a lot of unhappiness. Conclusion The nurses should help them to improve the mental reply ability of the premature mothers and it can ameliorate the life quality .
