摘要
应用炎痛宁喷雾剂治疗软组织损伤７６例，并与４０例麝香舒活精作对照。观察结果：炎痛宁喷雾剂对软组织损伤和静脉组织炎有良好的疗效，具有起效快、疗效显著、使用方便等特点。本组资料治愈率达５７．９％；显效率达７７．６％、总有效率达９７．４％，均优于麝香舒活精对照组（１２．８％，３２．５％，８０．０％）。在消肿止痛和祛除瘀斑方面的作用也优于舒活精对照组。炎痛宁对皮肤无明显刺激性，无皮肤过敏反应。
patients with soft tissue injury were treated with Yan Tong Ning Spray、Comparing with 40 patients with shuhuo jing.The results showed:The spray is effective,symptoms were alleviated quickly.The cured rate,effectual rate and total effective rate of treated group(57.9%,77.6%,97.4%) was higher than that of controlled group (12.8%,32.5%,80.0%),P<0.001.The drug could activates blood circulation,removes blood stasis,subdues swelling and alleviates pain rapidly.Yan Tong Ning Spray is safety and effective,and no side-effect was found in clinic.
