摘要
本文依照抗炎药筛选规程,在多种炎症模型中证实双柏散对急、慢性炎症都具有良好的治疗作用。能显著抑制大鼠足跖肿胀,抑制毛细血管通透性,抑制炎症细胞游走,抑制肉芽肿形成(P<0.05～0.001),双柏散无明显毒副作用,腹腔注射LD50为15.3bg/kg体重。同时,双柏散抗炎作用随溶剂极性的增加而增强,以水提液的抗炎效果最好。
Experiments were done by sieve method to verify the anti-inflammatory effect of Shuang Bai San (medicinal powder for inflammation). It is proved that Shuang Bai San has good effects on acute and chronic inflammation in various inflammative models. The drug is capable of detumescence, inhibiting permeability of capillary, reducing leukocytoplania and decreasing granuloma (p<0.05—0.01) and it has no evident toxic and side effects. LD50 for intraperitoneal injection is 15.35g/kg. Furthermore, the higher the polar of solven, the greater antiinflammatory effect of the drug. Of the solvents, aqueous solution and alcoholic solution are the hest.
