摘要
随着房地产市场的发展,传统的评估方式已经不能满足目前的市场需求。本文从技术角度探讨了GIS在土地价格评估系统的应用,并给出以V isual Basic作为开发工具,SuperMap GIS组件技术为后台,建立土地价格评估系统的设计思想和方法。
With the development of the real estate market, traditional appraising methods can not meet the need of uptodate market. This article discusses the application of GIS technique in the system of appraisal of land price from the point of view of technology, and presents a kind of design method of establishing the system of appraisal of land price by means of Visual Basic and the background of SuperMap GIS component technology.
