摘要
对国内外应用GIS技术在土地价格时间和空间结构分析的相关文献做了初步的梳理,并将实证研究中应用的方法、模型、结果等进行了总结,对各种方法的优缺点做了简单的评述。最后提出,结合GIS技术的地价研究仍然是一个研究热点和主要的研究趋势,这种研究方法虽然避免了很多弊端,取得了较好的研究成果,但仍然存在一些需要注意的问题。如果克服这些研究问题,对于地价的研究及GIS技术的完善都将是一个较大的进步。
With the application of GIS technology in land prices and space structure analysis of the relevant documents for the first to tease and empirical research applications,model,only summarized in a variety of methods of advantages and disadvantages do simple sum.Finally,a combination of GIS land prices study is still a study and research organizations,the research methods,although the number of problems and achieved better researches.
