摘要
目的从细胞及细胞代谢水平揭示Barrett食管与食管腺癌之间的关系。方法应用流式细胞计检测技术对反流性食管炎13例,Barrett食管10例及食管腺癌20例细胞的DNA含量进行定量分析。同时分析其细胞增殖周期的变化。结果食管腺癌20例DNA含量全部为非整倍体变化(DNA指数DI>1.1),Barrett食管10例中仅2例为非整倍体DNA含量,反流性食管炎13例无1例为非整倍体DNA含量。Barrett食管组G_2M相细胞群为6.19±0.32。与食管腺癌组(13.57±6.7)及反流性食管炎组(3.21±1.02)相比皆有显著性差异(P<0.01),Barrett食管组介于反流性食管炎与食管腺癌之间。结论 Barrett食管为食管腺癌的一种癌前病变。
AIMS Explain the relationship between Barrett's esophagus and adenocarcinoma of esophagus in cytology and cell metabolism. METHODS Flow cytomerty was used to evaluate the change of DNA content and cell proliferation in biopsy speciments from 13 patients with reflux esophagitis, 10 with Barrett's esophagus and 20 with adenocarinoma of esophagus. RESULTS All 20 patients with adenocarcinoma had genomic instability (aneuploidy, DI>1.1), 2 of 10 with Barrett's esophagus and none of 13 patients with reflux esophagitis had aneuploidy, The mean values of G_2M tetraploid fraction were significantly different among all three groups(P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS Barrett's esophagus is a precursor disease of adenocarcinoma of esophagus.
