摘要 运用Y(OH)3共沉淀分离富集锌,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定锌精矿中Cu、Fe、Cd、Ag、Ni、Pb、Sn、As、Sb、Bi杂质元素.讨论了仪器工作参数,内标元素,分离、富集条件,样品基体的干扰,确定了试验的最佳测定条件.结果表明,方法的检出限为(0.004~0.24)μg/L,回收率为90.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.58%.该法准确、快速、简便,应用于锌精矿中杂质元素的测定,结果满意. The Y( OH)3 was used to eopreeipitate, separate and concentrate zinc. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) could simultaneously measure impurity element contents in zinc concentrate such as Cu, Fe, Cd, Ag, Ni, Pb, Sn, As, Sb and Bi. The instrument work parameters, internal standard elements, separation and concentration conditions, and interference of sample matrix were discussed and the optimum measure conditions for tests were determined. The results showed that the methodg measure limit was 0.004 - 0.24 μg/L, the recovery, was 90.0% 110.0% and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.58%. The method was accurate, quick and convenient, and satisfactory results were obtained when it was used to measure the impurity elements content in the zinc concentrate.
