摘要
企业与员工之间的关系是以劳动契约和心理契约为双重纽带的战略合作伙伴关系。随着改革的不断深入,传统的建立在忠诚观念基础上的心理契约,逐渐失去了其存在的基础。我国企业劳动关系中的隐性冲突有明显上升的趋势。因此,在新经济环境下如何构建企业与员工的“心理契约”受到了普遍关注。文章在对株洲市公共交通总公司驾驶员现状分析的基础上,对于公交企业如何与驾驶员构建"心理契约"进行了初步探讨。
The relationship between enterprise and staff is an dual-bond strategic cooperative companion of labor contact and psychology contact. With the increased development of reform, traditional psychology contact built on the base of loyal concept which gradually lost it's existent foundation. Covert conflict in our employment relationship rises obviously. Therefore, It is widely noticed that how to conceive "psychology contact" between enterprise and staff under the new economic environment. This paper analyses drivers' present conditions of public transport head company in Zhuzhou city and probes into initially on how to conceive "psychology contact" between public transport enterprise and drivers.
