摘要
目的探讨双侧上尿路结石致肾功能不全的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析41例双侧上尿路结石致肾功能不全患者的诊治。其中一期手术25例，分期手术16例。结果38例患者术后三周内Cr、BUN降至正常，5例血Cr、BUN分别稳定于132-386μmol／L、BUN7．7～9．8mmol／L。结论双侧上尿路结石引起的肾功能不全是泌尿外科的危重疾病，应早期诊断和及时处理，同时解除双侧梗阻，有效的防治并发症．较有利于双侧肾功能的恢复，应优先考虑。微创手术损伤小，并发症少，应作为首选治疗。对不能及时解除梗阻的，应采取有效的引流。
Objective To discuss the diagnose and treatment of renal insufficiency induced by bilateral upper urinary tract stones. Methods A retrospective study was made on 41 case of renal insufficiency induced by bilateral upper urinary tract stones that had been treated. Twenty-five cases were treated with one-stage procedure,16 cases with staging operation. Results In 38 cases, the serum Cr and BUN levels decreased to nomal in three weeks. Conclusion The renal insufficiency induced by bilatercel upper urinary tract stones is serious disease in urology. It should be diagnosed early and promptly. The obstructinon should be released as soon as possible. Operation for relief of obstruction of bilateral upper urinary tract at one time is the best way for recovery of renal. Minimally invasive operation can be recommended as the first choice of treatment.
