摘要
目的:探讨双侧上尿路结石的处理原则。方法:回顾性分析53例双侧上尿路结石患者的手术资料。 结果:48例患者术后获得痊愈,其中17例肾功能不全患者,术后有12例血肌酐恢复正常,5例稳定于代偿期(血 肌酐值138～313μmol/L)。结论:一期手术取石解除双侧梗阻有利于双侧分肾功能的恢复,应优先考虑。分期 手术应根据肾脏对抗平衡理论,按总肾功能及分肾功能的不同分别对待。
Objective:To discuss the treatment principle of bilateral upper urinary tract stone.Methods:A retrospective study was made on 53 cases with bilateral upper urinary tract stone that had been removed.Results:Forty-eight cases were cured afer operation.In all 17 cases with renal failure,12 cases got normal serum Cr levels and 5 cases got reduced serum Cr levels of compensation period (138～313 μmol/L).Conclusion:One stage operation for relief of bilateral obstructions is the best way.For staging operation ,the first side should be performed according to total renal function and split renal functon.
