摘要
当前,我国部分高校仪器设备维修工作是一个薄弱的环节,存在着仪器维修体制不完善、维修队伍不健全、实验室管理体制没有完全落实等问题。应当建立一个符合各高校自己办学规律的仪器设备维修管理体系和运行机制,该体制应该包括一个完善的教学仪器设备维修管理办法,一套切实可行的维修流程,成立相应的维修职能中心,建立自己的专业维修队伍,以及利用高校有利的教育资源搭建信息化维修系统。
At present, in some high schools of our country, the maintenanoe work of instrument and equipment is still a week link. exists several problems： the maintenance system of instrument is not perfect and complete;the maintenance troops are not sound; the laboratory management system has not been carried out completely and etc. This paper argues that a management system and an operation mechanism of instrument and equipment maintemance should be set up in high schools in accordance with their own specific conditions. And this system should include a perfect and complete teaching instrument and equipments maintemance and management policy, an actually viable maintenance procedure, establishing relative maintenance center , organizing and forming professional maintenance troops and making use of beneficial education resources in high schools to build information-based maintenance system.
