纳米羟基磷灰石抑制变形链球菌粘附的体外研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究纳米羟基磷灰石(N ano-HA)对变形链球菌附着力的影响。方法:将不同浓度的N ano-HA溶液加入到轻唾液体培养基中培养变形链球菌,2d后测定粘附于变形链球菌吸附板表面变形链球菌量,并进行比较;对已附着变形链球菌的吸附板放入N ano-HA溶液中,观察变形链球菌的脱落情况。结果:N ano-HA对变链菌的附着有抑制作用和对已附着的变形链球菌有解粘附的作用。结论:N ano-HA对变链菌的粘附有显著的抑制作用。 Objective: To study the effects of Nano-hydroxylapatite (Nano-HA) on adsorption of Streptococcus mutans. Methods: Streptococcus mutans were cultured continuously in different MS liquid culture media, some of which contained various Nano-HA concentrations and some of which contained no Nano-HA. After two days the weight of the cells of Streptococcus mutans which was adsorbed on the capillary surface of adhere slice was measured and compared. Then the capillary surface of adhere slice with Streptococcus mutans was put in the various Nano-HA concentrations and the falling of the adsorbed Streptococcus mutans observed. Results : Nano - HA inhibited the adsorption of Streptococcus mutans and separated the adsorption of adsorbed Streptococcus mutans. Conelusion:Nano-HA can inhibit obviously the adsorption of Streptococcus mutans.
