摘要
本文考察了德国早期大学及其学部制度的形成,教授会内部的权力结构及其变化,学部的阶层化和寡头化,以及柏林大学创办之前德国大学模式及其历史演变。
This article explores the development of the early German universities and its facultas in the 19^th century. It focuses on the nature of and change in the power structure of its universitas, the hierarchic and oligarchic trend of the facultas, and the institutional model and evolution of early Germany universities before the founding of Berlin University.
