摘要
凸轮轴磨削加工是一种特殊的非圆磨削加工,很多实验已证明采用恒速磨削加工的凸轮轴、凸轮轮廓存在很多缺陷,而采用恒磨除率变速磨削加工方式可以提高凸轮轴磨削加工表面质量。从凸轮轴磨削过程中各磨削点的磨削弧长随凸轮转动角度产生的变化出发,介绍了实现恒磨除率变速磨削时凸轮轴的变速规律,并进行了实际的变速加工磨削实验,对实验结果进行了分析。
Camshaft grinding is a special grinding process. It has been proved that the grinding surface finish could be improved more by adopting variable rotational speed control than by constant-rotational speed control. It is described in the paper how to realize constant removal rate by the variable-rotational speed control in grinding of camshaft on the camshaft grinding machine. An experiment is conducted and the result is then analysed.
