摘要
在数控凸轮轴磨床加工中进行计算机仿真,对于检查程序错误、避免故障发生、提高加工精度、方便用户具有极为重要意义。重点介绍了全数控凸轮轴磨床加工中凸轮廓形曲线、加工曲线、速度曲线及加速度曲线的计算机仿真基本原理以及软件实现方法。
The technolgy of simulation of grinding camshaft in the CNC camshaft grinder is very important to check program mistakes, avoid troubles, achieve higher precision and make things convenient for users. The basic simulation principles and program methods are presented. They are cam profile, speed profile and acceleration profile.
