摘要
[目的]探讨“散结汤”对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症治疗的效果。[方法]选择120例子宫肌瘤患者,100例子宫腺肌症患者,采用散结汤治疗,观察患者症状及超声像图。[结果]120例子宫肌瘤患者,临床症状显效率为48.3%,有效率为93.3%,无效6.6%,总有效率93.3%;超声观察显效率40%,有效率91.7%,无效6.6%,总有效率91.7%。100例子宫腺肌症患者临床症状显效率82%,有效率95%,无效5%,总有效率95%;超声观察显效率82%,有效率95%,无效5%,总有效率95%。[结论]“散结汤”对子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌症患者有显著疗效。
[Objective] Explore the effect of Sanjie Tang on hysteromyoma and endometrioma. [Method] Select 120 patients of hysteromyoma and 100 of adenometrioma, apply Sanjie Tang on them, observe patients＇ symptoms and ultrasonic figure. [Result]For the patients of hysteromyoma, the much effective rate was 48. 3 %, effective rate 91.7 %, no-effect rate 6. 6 %, total effective rate 91.7 % on clinical symptoms; for those of adenometrioma, they were 82%, 95%, 5%, 95% respectively; on ultrasonic examination, the marked effective rate was 82 %, effective rate 95 %, no-effect rate 5 %, total effective rate 95 %. [Conclusion]Sanjie Tang has obvious curative effect on the patients of hysteromyoma and endometrioma.
