摘要
子宫肌瘤患者均以手术治疗为主,但由于手术所致的创伤和相关并发症,使近年来许多子宫肌瘤患者选择非手术治疗,而中医在治疗子宫肌瘤上又有肯定优势,其中根据其病因病机,以扶正祛瘀为治疗大法,在临床上取得了良好疗效.本文主要就中医治疗子宫肌瘤进行分析,总结从瘀论治子宫肌瘤的进展.
Patients with uterine leiomyoma were mainly treated with operation, but many patients with uterine fibroids choose non-operation treat- ment in recent years for the trauma and complications of operation, and moreover, Chinese medicine treating uterine fibroids is also with certain ad- vantages, the main remedy of which is strengthening genuine qi and removing blood stasis according to its pathogenesis, achieved good curative ef- fects in clinic. This paper summarizes the progress of treatment of uterine fibroids based on blood stasis, mainly with Chinese medicine treating uter- ine leiomyoma analyzed.
